Ronald Narayan

Ronald Narayan joined the company Finance Department in the year 2000 and was promoted to IT Manager in 2010. He has over 18 years of vast work experience in the Finance Department and also deals with all IT implementation process. Ronald has a Diploma in Financial Planning ANZIIF (Snr Associate) CIP and holds an MBA from the University of the South Pacific.

Krishika Narayan
Group Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Narayan was most recently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPX). Ms. Narayan has extensive experience in Fiji’s financial markets having worked at the SPX for over 11 years, serving as its CEO for the past 3 years. Ms. Narayan holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Administration from the University of the South Pacific. She is currently a Board Director on Pacific Corporate Governance Institute and also serves as a member on the Capital Markets Development Taskforce established by the Reserve Bank of Fiji.

Sima Mala
Group Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Sima Mala has been with FijiCare for over 19 years now. She has experience in marketing, claims, and underwriting.

She is a well-known face in the insurance industry. Over the last 2 years, Ms. Mala has been heading the motor division of FijiCare in which meaningful growth in market share has taken place. She has also been working closely with senior management in the role of Manager Marketing playing an instrumental role in the success and growth of the company over the past few years.
